全国卫生职业院校检验技能竞赛训练体会:以白细胞计数项目为例

摘　　要：在教育部"普通教育有高考、职业教育有大赛"政策的引领下,为全面提高学生的综合素质、加快实践教学的改革与创新进程,苏州卫生职业技术学院已经连续参加了4届全国卫生职业院校检验技能大赛。本文以白细胞计数项目为例,从大赛选手的选拔、操作技能训练及心理素质训练、赛前集训、适应赛场4个阶段进行总结,通过以赛促教的方式提高学生综合素质,改进教师的实践教学方法。Under the guidance of the policy of Ministry of education— ＂Ordinary education has the college entrance examination and professional education has skills competitions＂, Suzhou Health College has been continuously participating in the competition of National Health Vocational College clinical laboratory skills for four times to improve the comprehensive quality of students and speed up the procedure of reform and innovation of practical teaching. Taking the white cell count project as an example in this article, the authors summarized the participation of competition from 4 stages： the selection of contestants, manipulation skills training and psychological quality training, pre-competition training, and adaptation to the competitive environment, and by the way of competition to improve teaching, the comprehensive quality of students can be elevated and the teachers practical teaching can be improved.
