摘　　要：介绍了糙米的营养价值和功能特性,概述了我国糙米食品的产业现状和加工技术研究现状,分析了糙米食品开发存在的问题,并对发展趋势进行了探讨。This essay introduces the nutritious value and functional characteristics of brown rice and summarize the current status of study on domestic industry and the processing technology, analyzes existing issues about brown rice development and discuss the associated development trend.
