摘 要:以7省(自治区)10所高职院校1118名学生为研究对象,采用《高职生生活技能评价量表》对其生活技能现状进行调查,发现:高职学生整体生活技能水平尚可,但大部分高职学生生活技能水平有待提高;高职学生在自我认知、有效沟通、人际关系和压力管理上得分较高,但在情绪管理、创造性思维、批判性思维和问题解决上得分较低;且会因性别、专业、生源等不同而存在显著差异。基于此,建议教育主管部门和高职院校加强生活技能教育基本问题的研究,并将生活技能教育纳入高职教育课程体系,加强对生活技能课程的开发与推广,提升教师生活技能教育能力。A sample of 1118 college students was recruited from 10 higher vocational colleges in 7 provinces to fill out the questionnaire surrey of vocational college students' life skills. Results revealed that: All of the students had life skills scores above the mean, but most of them couldn't be termed as having high level. Vocational college students scored high in aspects of self-cognition, effective communication and pressure management, however, they had low level scores in emotion management, creative thinking, critical thinking and problem solving. Significant differences existed among sexes, specialties and enrollment sources. The suggestions are More researches on basic issues of life skills education should be strengthened by education competent authorities and higher vocational colleges; life skilss education should be incorporated into high vocational education's curriculum system. Meanwhile, relevant courses of life skills should be developed and promoted extensively, accompanying with elevating teachers' ability of life skills education.
