摘  要:乡村教育振兴是乡村振兴战略的重要支撑,教师是教育的第一资源。地方师范院校要主动顺应社会需求新变化和教师教育发展走向,立足自身传统优势和新时代的新要求,加强农村教师教育研究,在凸显办学特色中实现内涵式发展。The rejuvenation of rural education is an important strategical support for revitalizing rural areas in China,while teachers are the top resource in education.In studying the development of rural teachers,normal universities should respond to the new changes and trends in teacher development and education,combine their own traditional advantages and the requirements of the new era,so as to realize their connotative development by outstanding their schoolrunning characteristics and promote the comprehensive development of rural teachers.
