摘 要:试验对胶网藻的化学成分进行分析,并对其抗氧化、抗菌活性进行研究。胶网藻乙醇提取液经石油醚、乙酸乙酯、二氯甲烷、正丁醇萃取后,选择石油醚段萃取物经硅胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱、气相色谱-质谱法进一步分离和检测,并根据理化性质和核磁共振谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。PA1流分GS-MS分析结果表明其含有较高的维生素E油;PA2-PA4流分分离得到的5种化合物分别为(+)-3-羟基-β-紫罗兰酮、黑麦草素、黑麦草内酯、5-羟基-3,4-二甲基-5-戊基-2(5-1-1)呋喃酮和焦脱镁叶绿酸a乙酯。对这些化合物进行抗氧化及抗菌活性研究,试验结果显示:化合物1~4均具有一定的抗氧化、抑菌能力,且化合物2的抗氧化活性最强,可作为潜在的抗氧化药物来源;化合物5具有很强的抑菌作用,可作为优质的抑菌剂来源,在医药与食品工业中有着巨大的开发潜能。Chemical constituents, antioxidant and antibacterial activities of Dictyosphaerium sp. were studied. Ethanol extract of Dictyosphaerium sp. was extracted by petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, methylene chloride and n-butanol. The extract of petroleum ether was chosen to do further separation and detection by silica gel column chromatography, high-performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). According to the physicochemical properties and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR), the structures of the compounds were identified. PA1 was analyzed by GS-MS, and results showed that it contained higher content of vitamin E oil; Five compounds were separated from PA2-PA4, which were(+)-3-hydroxy-β-ionone, ryegrass, ryegrasside, 5-hydroxy-3, 4-dimethyl-5-pentyl-2(5-1-1) furanone, and pyropheophorbide a ethyl ester. Antioxidant activity and antibacterial activity of five compounds were then determined. The experiment results showed that compounds 1-4 had antioxidant activity and antibacterial capacity, and compound 2 had the strongest antioxidant activity which could be served as a potential source of antioxidant natural drugs or food additives. Compound 5 had strong antibacterial capacity which could be used as a source of high quality antibacterial agents and had a huge potential application in food and medicine industries.
