摘  要:阅读素养是学生各学科学习的重要支撑,是个人学习能力和终身发展的重要基础,更是社会文明程度和综合国力提升的重要标志,积极培养学生阅读素养意义重大。科学构建学生阅读素养测评指标体系是对学生阅读素养进行监测、培养和提升的重要前提。小学是阅读素养发展的关键时期,故文章选取小学生为研究对象,借鉴已有研究成果中指标体系构建的基本思路,从小学生阅读素养的操作性定义切入,基于实证调查,初步构建了小学生阅读素养测评指标体系,包括识、记、读、思、说、写六项指标,并运用层次分析法进行指标权重赋值和一致性检验,小学生阅读素养测评指标体系表达式Y=0.05*识+0.10*记+0.24*读+0.34*思+0.15*说+0.12*写。实践检验结果表明:小学生阅读素养测评指标体系得到了广泛认同,初步验证了指标体系的有效性、可靠性和可操作性。Reading competency,which lays a solid foundation for the study of different schooling subjects and individual learning capability and lifelong development,is an important indicator of social civilization and comprehensive national strength.It is of great significance to cultivate students'reading competencies actively and positively.The construct of index system for measuring students'reading competencies acts as an important prerequisite for the measurement,development and improvement of students'reading competencies.Primary schooling has been generally believed to be the most critical period for the development of reading competencies.In this paper,the focus was put on primary school students.Starting with the operational definition of reading competencies,index system for measuring reading competencies of primary school students including understanding,memorizing,reading,thinking,speaking and writing are established with empirical study on the basis of ideas in previous research.With Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),the measurement model for reading competencies is expressed as a linear equation:Y=0.05 understanding+0.10 memorizing+0.24 reading+0.34 thinking+0.15 speaking+0.12 writing.The measurement index system for reading competencies,whose validity,reliability and operability are preliminary validated,has been widely recognized.
