摘　　要：针对我校食品质量与安全专业有机化学实验教学中存在的问题和不足,我们对食品质量与安全专业有机化学实验课程的教学方式进行探索与实践,以期调动学生进行实验的积极性,培养学生自主学习、综合思考和独立解决问题的能力。In order to solve the problems and deficiencies in the organic chemistry experiment teaching of the specialty of food quality and safety in our university, we explore and practice the teaching methods of the course. The practice shows that the teaching method can inspire students enthusiasm and enhance their abilities of self-study and train their abilities to think and solve problems.
