简明英语运动视域下的实用文体交际翻译策略

摘　　要：简明英语运动倡导平实文风和服务读者的意识值得翻译工作者思考和借鉴。实用文体的英译应摆脱旧式文体观念的束缚,删繁就简,遵循纽马克的"交际翻译"策略,简明用语,从英汉语言文化差异的视角关照读者、服务读者、快捷有效地传递原文信息。The plain English campaign advocates clear writing styles so that the messages can be easily accessible to the readers. It is worthwhile for us to use for reference in our Chinese-English translation. To transfer the message rapidly and effectively, we should follow the principles for concise language, apply Newark＇s Communicative Translation Strategies, liberate us from the bond of the old-fashioned ideas about styles, take the readers＇ concern and demand into consideration when it comes to cultural and linguistic barriers concerning different standards of concise language between Chinese and English.
