莱文森精神病态自陈式量表在大学生中的信效度检验

摘　　要：目的:检测莱文森精神病态自陈式量表(LSRP)在大学生群体中的效度和信度。方法:选取大学生728人,采用平行分析(PA)和探索性结构方程建模(ESEM)确定LSRP的因子数量和结构,比较ESEM模型与3个竞争性结构模型的拟合优度;选取其中461人,以中国"大五"人格问卷简式版(CBF-PI-B)的宜人性及严谨性、马基雅维利主义量表(MACH-Ⅳ)和自恋人格问卷(NPI)为效标检测LSRP的效标关联效度,并检测LSRP的内部一致性信度;随机选取其中118人用于检测1个月后的重测信度。结果:PA结果发现LSRP有4个因子,ESEM结果发现由冷酷无情、恻隐之心、情绪失控和行为冲动4因子构成的ESEM模型可以较好解释LSRP的结构,修订后的LSRP共25个条目;宜人性和严谨性得分与LSRP得分呈负相关(r=-0.57、-0.40,P<0.001),MACH-Ⅳ和NPI得分与LSRP得分呈正相关(r=0.66、0.22,P<0.001)。总量表的Cronbachα为0.80,4个因子的α系数为0.60~0.79;总量表的重测信度为0.84,4个因子的重测信度为0.66~0.83。结论:莱文森精神病态自陈式量表(LSRP)测评大学生的精神病态有较好的信效度。Objective： To test the validity and reliability of the Levenson Self-Report Psychopathy Scale （LSRP） in Chinese college students. Methods： Totally 728 college students were recruited to complete LSRP.Parallel analysis （PA） and exploratory structural equation modeling （ESEM） were used to clarify the number and structure of LSRP.Then,the ESEM model was compared to three competitive models,and the gender difference was analyzed.Totally 461 college students from the previous group were recruited to test the criterion-related validity and internal consistency reliability of LSRP.The criterion-related validity was tested with Agreeableness,Conscientiousness,Machiavellianism and Narcissism.Totally 118 college students from the group were retested for test-retest reliability with a month interval. Results： The results of PA showed that LSRP had 4 factors,and the results of ESEM showed that the ESEM model （including 4 factors：ruthlessness,empathy,impulsion and uncontrolled emotion） could explain the structure of LSRP successfully.The revised version of LSRP included 25 items in the research.The LSRP scores were positively correlated with scores of Agreeableness and Conscientiousness （ r =-0.57,-0.40, Ps 〈0.001）,but negatively correlated with scores of Machiavellianism and Narcissism （ r =0.66,0.22, Ps 〈0.001）.The Cronbach＇ s α coefficient and test-retest reliability were 0.80 and 0.84 respectively. Conclusion： The Levenson Self-Report Psychopathy Scale may be a reliable tool to assess psychopathy in Chinese college students.
