摘  要:对于地方应用型院校而言,开展校企合作,深化实践教学是实现应用型人才培养与创新的关键所在,同时对促进专业实现改革优化也具有重要意义。"四位一体"实践教学,即专业见习、课程实践、毕业实习、毕业论文"四位"实践教学单元呈现出"一体化"教学特征的教学模式。化学作为应用型专业,其人才的培养更应当坚持以人为本,强化实践教学,通过实践教学来培养应用型化学专业技术人才。为此,从应用型本科院校化学专业实践教学的教学体系、实施方法、教学条件、师资力量及教学评价体系等方面进一步探索提升其课程教学实践环节质量的途径与方法。For local applied universities, the key to realizing the cultivation and innovation for applied talents is to carry out universityenterprise cooperation and to deepen the practice teaching; meanwhile, these measures are of great significance of promoting the professional development and realizing the optimized reform. The practical teaching model of "four-in-one" presents the feature of "integrating" four practical teaching units, namely, professional practice, course practice, graduation practice and graduation thesis. Chemistry is viewed as an applicationoriented specialty, and its talent cultivation should adhere to people-oriented concepts, should strengthen practical teaching, and should cultivate application-oriented chemical talents through practical teaching. In this regard, this paper, targeting on the practice teaching in chemical specialty in the applied undergraduate universities, explores approaches and methods of improving the quality of teaching practice in terms of the teaching system, implementation methods, teaching conditions, teaching staff and teaching evaluation system.
