摘  要:英语教学课堂是中国大学生普及英语教学的关键,是中国为了提升高等教育英语水平的一项重要教学任务。由于学生英语学习的主动性与能动性较差,要增强学生的英语口语水平,需要根据时代的要求借助"互联网+"优势,改善教学策略。改变目前的英语口语教学体系,能够让更多学生感受到英语学习的乐趣;利用互联网资源,增强教学的趣味性,培养学生的自主学习能力;加强课堂上的师生互动与生生互动,增强教师在课堂上对学生的指导;并通过课外进行有效的教学监督,弥补课堂教学不足。English teaching is the key to the popularization of English teaching among college students in China, and it is an important teaching task to improve the level of English education. It is necessary to improve the students' oral English proficiency due to their poor initiative in English learning. Teaching strategies need to be improved according to the demands of the times and by taking advantage of "Internet +". The teaching strategies are put forward as the following: changing the current teaching system in oral English to make students feel more learning interest; enhancing teaching interest by virtue of internet resources; cultivating students' autonomous learning ability; strengthening teacher-student interaction and student-student interaction, enhancing the teacher' guidance for students in class; and making up for the shortage of class teaching by effectively making teaching supervision.
