摘　　要：介绍了马铃薯淀粉废水的主要来源、组成、性质和特点及其对环境的危害,概述了马铃薯淀粉废水传统处理方法和资源化利用处理方法,分析和总结了马铃薯淀粉废水处理中存在的主要问题;展望了马铃薯淀粉废水处理技术的研发前景,为马铃薯淀粉废水资源化利用和生态环境保护提供参考。We introduced the main sources,compositions,properties and characteristics of waste water in potato starch production and its harm to the environment,and summarized the traditional treatment methods and resource utilization,and analyzed the main problems during the treatment,and look forward to the future of the technology,to provide reference for the resource utilization of waste water and environment protection.
