摘 要:目的探讨以问题为基础教学法(PBL)联合以循证医学为基础教学法(EBL)在内分泌科临床教学实践中的应用效果。方法选取90名五年制学生,随机分为两组,PBL联合EBL组(试验组)和传统教学方法组(对照组)。教学结束,分别进行满意度调查问卷和成绩考核,收集数据进行统计学分析。结果试验组教学满意度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组学生的理论成绩、临床见习成绩以及总成绩方面对比,试验组成绩优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL联合EBL教学法在内分泌临床教学中效果良好。Objective To observe the effect of teaching methods combined problem-based learning(PBL) with evidence-based learning(EBL) in clinical teaching of endocrinology. Methods A total of 90 medicine students were selected and divided into two groups randomly: experiment group(PBL+EBL methods) and control group(traditional teaching method). At the end of teaching, satisfaction questionnaire and test were performed, which were analyzed using statistical methods. Results The teachingsatisfaction of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The results of theory, clinical probation and total score of the two groups were compared. The results of the test group were better than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of PBL combined with EBL provided good effects, which is worth expanded application to clinical teaching of other departments.
