摘　　要：首先介绍了二次型的相关理论,然后例谈了二次型在初等数学、高等数学以及考研中的应用.在此基础上结合教学中对学生应用意识的培养提出了几点建议.Firstly,this paper introduces the related theories of quadratic form and then discusses the applications of quadratic form in elementary mathematics,advanced mathematics and graduate school exam.On the basis of this,the author gives some suggestions on the cultivation of students ＇mathematical application consciousness in teaching.
