摘 要:目的:为探讨农村初中生时间管理倾向对学习投入的影响。方法:运用《青少年时间管理倾向量表》《学习投入量表》,对283名农村初中生的时间管理倾向和学习投入特征进行测量。结果:(1)全科及格组初中生的时间管理倾向和学习投入水平显著高于三科不及格组初中生;(2)初一学生的时间管理倾向和学习投入水平均高于初三和初二学生;(3)农村初中生的时间管理倾向及各维度和学习投入各维度显著正相关,同时时间管理倾向对学习投入具有较强的正向预测作用。结论:农村初中生的时间管理倾向越好,相应地学习投入水平也越好,因此,提高农村初中生的时间管理能力是提高其学习投入水平的有效途径之一。Objective: To explore the influence of rural junior middle school students' time management disposition on learning engagement. Methods: by using time management disposition questionnaire and learning engagement questionnaire to investigate 283 rural junior middle school students. Results:( 1)the time management disposition and learning engagement level of all subjects passed group are significantly higher than those of three or more subjects failed group;( 2) the time management disposition and learning engagement level of first grade students are higher than those of the second and third grade students;( 3) time management disposition and learning engagement are significantly correlated,and the time management disposition has strong predictive effect on learning engagement. Conclusion: The better the time management disposition of rural junior middle school students,the better the level of the learning engagement level. Improving time management ability of rural junior middle school students is one of the effective ways to improve their learning engagement level.
