摘 要:信息技术推动下混合式教学模式的蓬勃发展对于创新人才培养具有重要意义和实践价值。文章基于学校层面推进混合式教学改革的顶层设计,从政策机制保障、动态管理评价、培训研讨超循环、实践共同体协作、教学与研究一体化等五个方面构建了高校混合式课程建设项目的实施策略,并对项目实践和教学实施中遇到的问题进行了深入阐释和思考。实践证明,该顶层设计和实施策略的构建营造了混合式教学模式改革的氛围,推动了信息技术与课程教学的深度融合,促进了教师教学方式和学生学习方式的改变,同时也为其他高校开展混合式课程建设与教学实施提供了实践参考。Promoted by the modern information technology, the blended teaching mode is now under vigorous development and is of great significance and practical value for the cultivation of creative talents. This article aims to promote the top-level design of blended teaching reform at the school level. Meanwhile, to build the implementation strategy of blended curriculum construction project in universities from five aspects, including policy mechanism guarantees, dynamic management evaluation, hypercycle of training and seminars, collaboration of practice community and integration of teaching and research. Finally, this article gives in-depth explanations and reflections on problems encountered in project implementation and teaching practice. The practice has proved that the construction of the top-level design and implementation strategy builds the atmosphere of the reform of the blended teaching mode, promotes the deep integration of the information technology and the course teaching, and promotes the teachers' teaching mode and the change of the students' learning style. At the same time, it also provides a real way for the construction of mixed courses and the implementation of teaching in other colleges and universities.
