摘　　要：在国家倡导创新的大背景下,商业模式创新由于其难以被竞争者所模仿受到业界的关注。该文基于资源基础理论,从商业模式创新前因变量的研究视角出发,以349家企业为样本,探讨IT能力、组织学习对商业模式创新的影响机制。结果表明:信息技术能力、组织学习对商业模式创新有正向影响作用;组织学习在信息技术能力与商业模式创新之间承担部分中介作用,即信息技术能力为组织的学习提供了帮助,有利于企业学习和发现外部环境的变化,而组织通过不断的学习才能保证创新的进行,进而推进商业模式创新。Under the background of national innovation, business model innovation has attracted the attention of related industry because it is difficult to be imitated by competitors. Based on resource-based theory, this paper takes its theoretic foundation from the perspective of antecedents of business model innovation, and takes 349 firms as samples to explore the influence mechanism of IT capability and organizational learning on business model innovation. The results show that： the ability of information technology and organizational learning have a positive effect on business model innovation; organizational learning plays part of the intermediary role between information technology and business model innovation; the ability of information technology provides help for organizational learning and helps enterprises to learn and discover the changes in the external environment; and through continuous learning can an organization ensure the innovation in order to carry out business model innovation.
