摘  要:高职教育进入内涵式发展阶段,如何提升师资队伍建设水平,是高职院校当前急需解决的重要问题。文章以M职业大学师资队伍建设实践为例,从树立人才强校战略思维、完善人才聘用机制、推进人事制度改革等方面阐述了师资队伍建设策略,为高职院校开展师资队伍建设提供实践模式借鉴。It is an important problem for higher vocational colleges to solve the problem of how to improve the construction level of teaching staff in the development stage of education. This paper, taking the construction practice of the teaching staff of M Vocational University as an example, expounds the construction strategies of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of establishing the strategic thinking, perfecting the recruitment mechanism of talents and advancing the reform of personnel system, so as to provide a reference for the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges.
