摘　　要：职业教育助推精准扶贫在"人"、"离"、"育"等方面存在对象识别不精准、贫困对象主动脱贫意愿不强、脱贫技能欠缺,职业教育呈现出产教分离等等问题。针对此问题应采取完善贫困对象分类甄别系统,提升对象识别精准度,创建创新创业意识教育基地开展扶志扶智教育等措施,立足区域,服务区域经济发展,有针对性地推行产教融合,开展量身定培,克服农技短板,增强专业设置与行业、岗位需求的耦合度,加强宣教,加大投入,纠正社会对职业教育的认知,"政校行企"多方协同全面提升职业教育助推精准扶贫实效。Vocational education has boosted targeted poverty reduction, whichexists some problems from aspects of ＂people＂and ＂separation＂and ＂foster＂and so on. Specifically,poor object recognitionis inaccurate,the willingness to get rid of poverty is insufficient,poor people lack skills to get rid of poverty,vocational education exists the separation of production and education and so on. In the face of the above problem,the paper proposes some suggestions, they are： perfect the classification identification system of poor objects and improve the accuracy of object recognition,build innovation and entrepreneurship awareness education base to carry out the education of prompting ambition and helping the intelligence. Based on regional economy and serve regional economic development and implement targeted integration of enterprises with vocational schools and colleges. Carry out the customized training and overcome the agricultural technology short board. Enhance the coupling degree of professional setting and industry and job requirements. Strengthen propaganda, increase input,correct social cognition of vocational education. The multiparty cooperation of government,schools, industries and enterprises comprehensively promotesthe practical effect of vocational education boosting targeted poverty alleviation.
