摘　　要：分析翻转课堂教学过程中的聚焦点,提出开展翻转课堂的七个步骤(O-PIRPAS),即课前确定学习内容和学习目标,课前知识探究与导入,课前自学学习资源,课堂知识回顾与应用,课堂问题解决与分析,课堂活动设计与评价,课堂总结与反思。在教学实践中提高了学生应用实践能力和分析评价能力,为地方高校开展课堂教学改革提供参考。This article analyzed the focus of flipped classroom and introduced a seven- step teaching mode （O -PIRPAS） offlipped classroom,including determining the objective and outcomes, preparing instructional video before class, activity＆evaluation tical and analytical abilities, but ng s also reviewing knowledge, analyzingandsolvingproblem, knowledge designing class ummary and reflection. In teaching practice ,it not only improved students＇prac- provided reference for other colleges to carry out classroom teaching reform.
