摘 要:目的:探讨思维导图在新护士培训中的应用效果及对评判性思维的影响。方法:将92名新护士随机分为对照组与观察组,均在入职时由相同授课老师进行2周培训,对照组采用传统课堂教学方式进行培训,观察组采用思维导图进行培训,并在培训结束时对两组新护士进行理论、操作考核及评判性思维能力测评。结果:培训后观察组理论、操作考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训前两组新护士评判性思维能力总分各维度得分比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05),培训后观察组评判性思维能力总分及各维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用思维导图进行新护士培训,提高了培训效果和新护士的评判性思维能力。Objective: To explore the effect of the mind maping in the training of new nurses and the influence on the critical thinking. Methods: 92 new nurses were randomly assigned to a control group and an observation group. All nurses were trained by the same teacher for 2 weeks at the time of admission. The nurses of control group received a conventional therapy. The nurses of observation group were used the mind maping methods. After the training, the theoretical knowledge,operation capability and the ability of critical thinking were assessed, and the results of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The score of theoretical and operation assessment in the observation group were better than that of control group(P〈0.05).There was no different in critical thinking ability between the two groups before training(P〈0.05),but there was statistically significant different after training(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The teaching method of mind maping is applied to the training of new nurses, which improves the training effect and the critical thinking ability.
