摘　　要：高职院校校园文化处处彰显职业特色,这与企业文化特征不约而同,这种各取所长的特点使高职院校需要走一条符合自身特色又独树一帜的发展道路。从高职院校校园文化和企业文化内涵入手,分析二者对接的重要意义,思考并寻求二者融合对接的有效路径。The campus culture of higher vocational colleges shows the professional features everywhere, which is the same as the characteristics of the enterprise culture. By starting with the connotation of campus culture and enterprise culture in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the significance of the two parties, and considers and seeks the effective path of the two integration and docking.
