摘  要:库伯的经验学习理论认为,学习是经验改造和重组的持续发展过程。成人学习者拥有丰富的经验,构成再学习的重要学习资源,成人的学习就是吸收新的知识对自身的经验进行反思、改造的过程。在引导成人学习的教学过程中,要重视成人经验的作用,采用适合的教学策略,不断推进成人教师的专业发展,促进成人经验学习。Kolb's theory of experiential learning believes that learning is the continuous development process of experience transformation and reorganization.Adult learners have rich experience and constitute important learning resources for re-learning.Adult learning is the process of introspection and transformation of their experience by absorbing new knowledge.In the teaching process of adult learning,we should pay attention to the role of adult experience,adopt appropriate teaching strategies,and constantly promote the professional development of adult teachers,and promote adult experience learning.
