摘　　要：根据混凝土工程教学团队的现状,分析团队的基本结构,简述团队内部管理和组织运行的模式,归纳总结某校混凝土工程教学团队的建设措施,介绍团队近三年的主要业绩,指出团队建设存在的主要问题和今后的努力方向。According to the present situation of concrete engineering teaching team,analysis of the structure of the team,the team running the internal management and organization mode,summarizes the concrete engineering teaching team of some school building measures,mainly introduced the performance team of nearly three years,points out the main problems existing in the construction of the team and the direction of future efforts.
