摘 要:现代学徒制是通过学校、企业深度合作,教师、师傅联合传授,对学生以技能培养为主的现代人才培养模式。文章根据武汉城市职业学院学前教育专业自主试点的实践,阐述了试点第二阶段在"学校放权""幼儿园提升培养自主性"的思想指导下,架构人才培养方案的总体思路,并从修正岗位基本能力、重新构建课程体系、增设园方培养计划和细化考核评价要求四个方面探讨了人才培养方案架构的具体措施。The modern apprenticeship system is a modern talent training mode based on the deep cooperation of schools and enterprises, the joint teaching of teachers and masters, and this system aims at the students' skill training. According to the practice of autonomous pilot education in Wuhan City Polytechnic, this paper expounds that in the second stage of the pilot project the overall method of designing talent training program is under the guidance of"school decentralization"and"improving the autonomy of kindergarten training",and it explores the specific measures like revising the basic ability of the post, rebuilding the curriculum system, setting up the training plan for the kindergarten and refining the requirements for examination and evaluation, in order to provide reference for similar specialties.
