摘 要:药品中残留溶剂的检测是药品质量控制的关键参数,固相微萃取技术是一项新的样品预处理技术,它是以固相萃取技术为基础发展起来的,本文介绍了顶空与固相微萃取技术联用的原理、研究要点以及此项技术在微量或痕量组分检测方面的应用前景及价值,为药品中残留溶剂检测提供了新的思路和方法。The detection of residual solvents in drugs is the key parameter of drug quality control. Solid phase micro-extraction(SPME) is a new sample pretreatment technology developed on the basis of solid phase extraction technology. This paper introduces the principle and key points of the combined use of headspace and solid phase micro-extraction technology and this technique in trace or trace component detection. The application prospect and value of measurement provide new ideas and methods for the detection of residual solvents in pharmaceuticals.
