摘　　要：奶粉的生产车间过程,奶粉半成品需要检测水分质量分数,依据GB 5009.3-2016第一法检测用时较长,无法及时指导半成品指标在线监控,不能满足生产实际需求,为了检验能及时的配合并指导生产,根据生产实际情况半成品只做为下一环节转序指标的参考,不作为最终产品放行的判定依据;在确保检验结果准确及时的前提下,通过实验研究找出方便快捷的奶粉半成品水分快速检测方法,与GB 5009.3-2016方法进行了比对。the production workshop process of milk powder, milk powder semi-finished products need to test the moisture content, according to GB 5009.3 2016 when the first method is longer, can＇t timely guidance semi-finished products online monitoring index, can not meet the demand of practical production, to test fit timely and guide the production, according to the actual production situation of semi-finished products only turn sequence as the next section reference, not as the final judgement on the basis of product release;Under the premise of in a timely manner to ensure accurate test results, through the experiment research to find a convenient formula semi-finished products rapid moisture detection method, and GB 5009.3 2016 method has carried on the comparison.
