摘  要:胶原水解物的应用已经成为了人们研究的热点,将胶原水解物与天然的抗氧剂进行复合越来越受到了人们的关注。本文考察了鱼胶原水解物(COLL)、蜂胶(PEE)、紫甘蓝提取物(ROT)以及鱼胶原水解物分别和两种自然提取物进行复配对DPPH·以及ABTS·的清除能力的影响。在清除DPPH·自由基能力的实验中,鱼胶原水解物与蜂胶提取物的浓度比值为1666—10000时表现出较好的协同抗氧化作用,鱼胶原水解物与紫甘蓝提取物的浓度比值为10000时表现出较好的协同抗氧化作用。The application of collagen hydrolysate has become a hot topic among researchers. Combining collagen hy- drolysate with natural antioxidants has attracted more and more attention. In this study, the effects of fish collagen hy- drolysate (COLL) , propolis extract (PEE) , red cabbage extract (ROT) and their mixtures on the scavenging capaci- ties of DPPH and ABTS· were investigated. In the experiments of DPPH radical scavenging ability, the ratio of the concentration of fish collagen hydrolysates and propolis extracts was 1666 -10000, showing a good synergistic antioxidant effect, and when the ratio of the concentrations of fish collagen hydrolysate and purple cabbage extract was at 10000, the mixture showed a good synergistic antioxidant effect.
