摘  要:中国的教育改革与发展事业自建国以来,已历经数十年春秋。我们在肯定过往成就的同时,也必须承认在各层面仍存在不少问题,这归根结底是由于辩证思维的缺失。本文通过解读十九大报告中有关教育改革与发展的论述,思考中国教育改革与发展方法论中"公平与质量""高端引领与落地生根""培养精英人才和技能人才""教育改革者中成功与失误"以及"打造品牌和提升均衡水平"这五组辩证关系,并试图以"静""实""慢""持"四字打造中国教育改革与发展的新思维。Since the founding of People's Republic of China, the domestic educational reform and development has been through several decades. Although certain achievements have been made, we have to admit that quite a few problems still exist at different level. To sum up, it is the lack of dialectics thinking that lead to the occurrence of related issues. This research analyzes the discussion on educational reform and development in the reports of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and studies five dialectical relations, including equity and quality, high-end introduction and localization, cultivate elites and skilled talents, the success and errors during educational reformers and brand-building and average level promoting. It also tries to create new thinking for Chinese educational reform and development via four ways: quietness, sureness, slowness and persistence.
