摘　　要：Any little thing can set people off, start an argument, cause hurt feelings, create ill will.Sometimes in our over caffeinated world I just want to tell everybody： take a deep breath. Relax for a moment. The society has everyone moving at such a frenetic pace in pursuit of survival, career, family, video game time, money, personal goals and gain that we rarely take a moment to stop, reflect, recharge and, most importantly, reconnect.
