摘  要:继续教育供给侧改革的实质是通过调整"主体—客体"之间的关系定势,强调客体对主体的反作用,实现驱动转换,促进供需两侧和谐发展,从而彰显其价值本色。人才培养质量评价体系是需求侧从有效人才的需求出发,运用一定的评价标准对供给侧改革价值判断的活动,评价体系的地位、职能、机制及科学评价标准与供给侧改革天然契合,在实践应用中助力供给侧改革。Supply-side reform, whose essence is to adjust relationship stereotypes between objects and subjects, to emphasize on reaction of subjects to objects, to implement driver conversion, to promote harmonious development of both sides of supply and to de- mand so as to demonstrate its value. Evaluation system for talents training quality is based on effective supply talents of demand-side apply certain evaluation standards to judge supply-side reform, whose status, function, mechanism and scientific evaluation standard are natural fit with supply-side reform and promote supply-side reform in practice.
