摘 要:目的探讨糖尿病教育工具结合角色体验对培养糖尿病科护士核心能力的效果。方法从2016年1月至2017年1月对成都中医药大学附属医院内分泌科41名护士(包括规培护士)按照年资分层后随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组借助糖尿病教育工具,结合角色体验模式对糖尿病护士进行培训,对照组采用传统讲授考核方法进行培训,内容与试验组相同。培训前后发放基于护士核心能力量表中护士的临床护理工作内容自行设计的糖尿病专科护士核心能力量表进行考核。结果培训后,试验组护士糖尿病专科理论知识、糖尿病专科技术操作、护理评估与诊断、护患沟通技巧、健康宣教能力等评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病教育工具结合角色体验是培养护士核心能力的有效途径,具有良好的临床应用及推广价值。Objective To explore the effect of diabetes education tools combined with role playing on the core competence of nurses. Methods 41 nurses (including those receiving the standardized training) in Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM from January of 2016 to January of 2017 were selected and randomized into the observation group and control group according to the seniority stratification. The observation group received the training of core competence by diabetes education tools combined with role playing, while the control group was given the training by the traditional teaching and evaluation methods for the same content. Then the nurses' core competence for diabetes mellitus was assessed on the basis of the clinical comprehensive ability of Nurse Core Competence Scale before and after training respectively. Results The scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after training in the specialized knowledge and technical operation of diabetes, the nursing assessment and diagnosis, the communication skills between nurses and patients, and the competence of health education ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion The diabetes education tools combined with role playing is an effective way to cultivate the core competence of nurses with the value of clinical application and popularization.
