摘　　要：职业教育现代化是教育现代化的重要组成部分,有其独特的内涵和特征。面向2035,职业教育具有全纳性、终身性、多样性、易获得性、开放性、灵活性、信息化等特征。结合改革开放40年来职业教育发展的宝贵经验及现代化的内涵、特征分析,针对影响职业教育现代化发展的"短板",职业教育现代化的未来趋势表现在四个方面:关注农村教育,完善职业培训;构建资格框架,注重生涯发展;加强信息建设,激发办学活力;服务国家战略,加强国际交流。The modernization of vocational education is an important part of education modernization, with unique connotation and characteristics. Facing 2035, vocational education has the features of inclusiveness, lifetime, diversity, accessibility, openness, flexibility and informatization. In combination with the valuable experience of the development of vocational education over the past 40 years since the reform and opening-up and the above characteristics of modernization, the modernization of vocational education will focus on rural education and improving vocational training; establishing the qualification framework and paying attention to career development; strengthening information construction and stimulating the vitality of running schools; studying advanced concepts and strengthening international exchanges.
