摘　　要：深圳大学药学院设立药学创新课程"与药企CEO面对面",邀请医药行业的领袖、具有丰富实践经验的专家来校讲授、分享其专业知识与经验,由此引发与药学职业接轨、适应新形势及新变化的课程模式的思考。增加专题讨论和参观实践环节,引导学生将课本的理论知识与现实连接,认清未来的职业发展路径,明确职业规划,更有针对性地学习和实践,从而弥补现行药学课程体系的不足。The pharmaceutical innovation course ＂face to face with the CEOs of pharmaceutical companies＂was set up in the school of pharmacy,Shenzhen University. Leaders of the pharmaceutical industry and experts with rich practical experiences were invited to teach and share their professional knowledge and experiences,which led to the consideration of integrating it with pharmaceutical profession and adapting to the new situation and changing curriculum mode. Together with the thematic discussions and visit practice sessions,the authors guide students to connect the theoretical knowledge of textbooks with the reality,identify the future career development path,define career planning,and make more targeted learning and practice,so as to remedy the deficiencies of the current pharmaceutical curriculum system.
