高校青年教师心理契约的群体差异研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查、心理测量和数理统计等方法,对226名安徽省高校青年教师心理契约的群体差异进行了深入的调查研究。根据数据统计分析,我们发现当前高校青年教师的成就动机水平不容乐观,且高校青年教师的成就动机水平在性别、学历、职称三个纬度上均无显著差异。By using literatures review, questionnaires, psychological surveys and mathematical statistics, 226 university youngteachers in Anhui Province have conducted a deep investigation on the differences in psychological contract. According to statistical analysis of statistics, it is found that the current level of achievement motivation of young teachers in colleges and universities is not optimistic, and the level of achievement motivation of college young teachers is not significantly different at the three latitudes of gender,education, and professional titles.
