护理本科专业“OSBCM+PBL”综合课程教学改革的实践研究

摘　　要：2013年,锦州医科大学在护理本科专业开始整合优化护理专业课程体系,并且融入PBL教学方法,形成"以器官系统为中心"结合"以问题为导向",即"OSBCM+PBL"护理综合课程培养模式。文章从"OSBCM+PBL"综合课程教学的实践、取得的初步效果、存在问题及发展策略等三个方面进行了总结,以完善本科护理专业"OSBCM+PBL"综合课程教学模式,提高护理本科教学质量,促进高等护理教育的持续发展。In 2013,undergraduate nursing program of our university began to integrate and optimize nursing curriculum.By using PBL teaching method,we formed the nursing integrated course training mode called ＂OSBCM＋PBL＂,which combines organ system-centered approach and problem-based learning.This paper makes a summary regarding the practice of ＂OSBCM＋PBL＂ integrated course,preliminary outcomes achieved,the existing problems and development strategies in order to perfect the ＂OSBCM＋PBL＂ integrated course teaching mode of undergraduate nursing program,improve the teaching quality of nursing undergraduates,and accelerate the constant development of higher nursing education.
