摘  要:目的探讨护生对实习前仿真教学训练的真实体验。方法采用半结构访谈法,对8名护生进行深入访谈、现场录音和笔录,并对所收集资料进行分析。结果护生对仿真教学反馈良好,此模式有助于其对护理专业知识学习的重新认识以及护理专业态度的改善和人文素养的提升。结论仿真教学使学生充分认识到传统教学的不足,而此举使其与临床实践更接近,对临床指导价值更大。Objective To explore nursing students' true experience about simulation teaching during training before internship.Methods Semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted among 8 nursing students.The data were transcribed based on the recording and notes taken on the spot and then analyzed.Results The nursing students had a positive feedback on this teaching mode.The mode helped them gain a new understanding of learning of nursing professional knowledge,improve their attitude toward nursing profession and nursing humanistic quality.Conclusion The simulation teaching makes students fully realize the shortcomings of traditional teaching,and it is closer to clinical practice,thus providing greater clinical guidance.
