产教融合背景下高职院校关系资本的构建

摘  要:"产教融合、校企合作"是高职院校提高人才培养质量的必由之路。高职院校关系资本要素中的内在异质资源、人际关系、网络位置和关系认知对其关系价值创造产生重要影响。产教融合背景下高职院校在网络关系中内在异质资源越多、人际关系越好、网络位置越接近中心位置和结构洞及企业认知水平越高,越易实现关系价值。为提升高职院校关系资本,高职院校应积极参与产教融合平台的构建,提高人际关系运作能力,注重教师和学生的商业文化和职业素养的教育,完善关系价值预测和评估体系。"Industry and education integration, school and enterprise cooperation" are the necessity for vocational colleges to improve the quality of talent cultivation. An understanding of internal heterogeneous resources, interpersonal networks, and network locations and relations in vocational colleges' relationship capital exerts a big influence on relationship value creation. In the context of industry-education integration, the more various internal heterogeneous resources are, the better interpersonal relationships higher vocational colleges own, the closer its network location is to the central location and the structure hole, and the higher the level of the enterprise cognition is, the easier it is to realize the relationship value. In order to increase the value of vocational colleges' relationship capital, they should actively construct the platform for industry-education integration, enhance the capacity of interpersonal relationship operation, value the education of business culture and professional literacy, and improve the system of relationship value prediction and assessment.
