摘 要:以百人工程为例,对人才政策对于哲学社会科学人才成长的影响问题进行研究。通过问卷统计,将影响因素分为政治支持、经济支持、舆论支持和社会服务四个维度,将人才的发展归结为学术科研、参政议政、社会地位三个方面,运用相关回归分析的方法,探究人才政策对于哲学社会科学人才的影响。研究发现:经济支持对学术科研有显著影响;经济支持和社会服务对参政议政有显著影响。为促进哲学社会科学人才更好发展,政府相关部门应该制定相关政策,加大经济支持力度,提高人才服务社会意识。Based on the case of the One-Hundred-People Project,this article studies the influence of the personnel policy on the staff team building in philosophy and social sciences.The statistical data of questionnaires suggests that the influencing factors can be divided into four categories political support,financial support,public opinion support and social services,and talent development variables can be classified into academic research,political participation and social status.Through correlation and regression analysis,the study reveals the following findings:financial support has a significant effect on academic research;financial support and social service have a significant effect on political participation.Therefore,in order to ensure the healthy development of the staff team of philosophy and social sciences,relevant government departments should formulate policies to increase financial support and raise talents' awareness of serving the society.
