摘　　要：习近平主席2017年5月在北京发表的国际合作高峰论坛开幕式主旨演讲《携手推进"一带一路"建设》中有很多代表性词汇,译者应掌握我国对外政策与国际关系背景等相关知识,并熟知英汉两语之间文化风俗、民族情感、意识形态等方面的差异,注意源语与目标语之间的平衡,把握好说话人与目标受众之间的关系,灵活调整语言形式或翻译方法 。and thus the accuracy of C-E translation will directly affect the quality of diplomatic activities,which is also the key to whether Chinese political leaders＇ voice and perspectives can be successfully and precisely heard by the world. The keynote speech,Work Together to Build the Silk Road Economic Belt and The 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road,by President Xi Jinping in the Belt and Road Forum for international cooperation held in Beijing in May,2017 reveals numerous typical words. In view of this,translators should master background information in regard to China＇s diplomatic policies and international relations,know very well the differences in culture and customs,national emotions,ideologies,etc. between Chinese and English,pay attention to the balance between source language and target language,carefully handle the speaker-audience relationships,and adjust language forms or translation methods in a flexible way.
