摘 要:目前对学校纪律的研究有很多不合理的观点。有的文章混淆了思想上的循规蹈矩和行为上的循规蹈矩,有的文章割裂了纪律管理和纪律教育。事实上,纪律是学校管理的主要工具,而学校的一切安排都有教育作用,产生积极或消极的影响。学校应该认真制定纪律条文,严格加以实施,并向学生解释纪律规定的合理性。这是帮助学生学习遵守正常行为规则的教育,对于学校管理,对于学生毕业后在工作和生活中的顺利发展都有重要意义。违反正常的行为规则,难免会受惩罚。思想方法和行为规范是两种不同的规则,教师和学生父母应该教育学生在思想上敢于批判创新,在行动上遵纪守法,避免个人发展的挫折。There are many mistakes in recent studies on school discipline. Some confuse rules of thought and rules of behavior,and some decouple school management and education. As a matter of fact,discipline is a basic tool of management,and all activities of schools are educational. Schools should carefully draw up disciplinary rules,strictly implement them,and detailedly explain the reasons. This is to teach students about following reasonable behavior rules,which is important for both school management and students' development after graduation. Rules of thought and rules of behavior are different. Teachers and parents should teach students to break thought barriers to innovation while observing law and discipline,avoiding setbacks in personal development.
