摘  要:文章主要通过介绍现代学徒制的实践,分析了基于现代学徒制模式培养高职物联网专业创新创业人才的经验和教训。通过现代学徒制双主体育学、育人进而育创新创业,为校企合作搭建共同平台,推进产学融合、促进校企创新创业教育的供给侧改革,实现创新创业教育和专业教育的融通,形成结合企业项目探索产学研合作培养创新人才的新模式。By introducing the practice of the modern apprenticeship system, this paper analyzes the experience and lessons of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents of the Internet of material networking major based on the modern apprenticeship model. Through the modern apprenticeship dual main physical education, educating and cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship, the cooperation of school enterprise cooperation is set up together, the supply side reform of school enterprise innovation and entrepreneurship education is promoted, the innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education are realized, and a new model of cultivating innovative talents with enterprise project exploration and research cooperation is formed.
