摘　　要：在前期调研样本的基础上,论文提出从公众热捧的英语潮流中为图书馆的儿童阅读打开一个突破口的思路,从公共图书馆儿童阅读的一些调研数据以及公共图书馆开展儿童英语阅读的优势的角度进行了论证,并提出了具体实施的方案。On the basis of the pre-research samples, this paper puts forward the idea of opening a breakthrough for the library children＇s reading in the public English tidal current. Some research data and the advantages of public libraries in developing children＇s English reading are demonstrated with concrete implementations presented.
