摘  要:[目的]探讨"两课堂"全程医学人文素质教育对护理人才培养质量的影响。[方法]将湖北文理学院护理系学生作为研究对象,2013级61人为试验组,2012级63人为对照组;试验组实施"两课堂"全程医学人文素质教育机制,对照组未实施。对两组学生业务素质、床旁综合能力及综合素质进行对比分析,评价素质教育机制对人才培养质量的影响。[结果]两组业务素质、床旁综合能力及综合素质差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组人才培养质量优于对照组。[结论]"两课堂"全程医学人文素质教育可实现素质教育与人才培养过程的全面渗透与融合,有利于学生将知识内化为人文精神和能力,提升素质,提高人才培养质量。Objective:To explore the influence of the "two-classroom" medical humanistic quality education mechanism on the quality of nursing personnel training.Methods:The students in nursing department of Hubei University of Arts And Science were selected as the subjects,with 61 cases in experimental group from 2013 grade and 63 cases in control group from 2012 grade.The students in experimental group received the "two-classroom" whole-course medical humanistic quality education,and the control group did not implement it.A comparative analysis of the professional quality,bedside comprehensive ability and comprehensive quality of students between the two groups was conducted to evaluate the impact of the quality education mechanism on the quality of personnel training.Results:The difference between the two groups on professional quality,bedside comprehensive ability,and comprehensive quality was statistically significant(P0.05),and the training quality in experimental group was better than that in control group.Conclusions: " Twoclassroom" whole-course medical humanistic quality education could achieve the full penetration and integration of quality education and talent cultivation process,which will help students internalize knowledge into humanistic spirit and ability,improve quality and improve the quality of talent training.
