摘　　要：临床医学是一门对医学生实践能力要求极高的学科,随着社会发展,临床教学也面临新的问题,例如医疗资源不足、伦理要求、医患关系紧张因素等影响了医学生的临床技能培养。标准化病人作为一种全新的临床实践教学方法,能稳定、逼真地复制真实临床情景的正常人或患者,在医学教育和考核中具有重要的作用。本文旨在从临床心血管外科教学角度出发,阐述标准化病人的研究背景和应用现状,为实现医学模式的转变、构建临床医学理论与实践的桥梁,为探索临床心血管外科教学上标准化病人的推广提供一定的理论依据。Clinical medicine is a subject with high requirements for the practical ability of medical students. With the development of society, clinical teaching also faces new problems, such as the shortage of medical resources, ethical requirements, and the stressful factors of the relationship between doctors and patients and so on, which affect the training of clinical skills of medical students. Standardized patients, as a new method of clinical practice, have an important role in medical education and assessment, which can reliably reproduce normal people or patients with real clinical situations. The purpose of this paper is to explain the background and application status of standardized patients from the perspective of clinical cardiovascular surgery, in order to realize the transformation of medical models, to build a bridge of clinical medicine theory and practice, and to provide some theoretical basis for the exploration of the popularization of standardized patients in the teaching of clinical cardiovascular surgery.
