摘 要:高等职业教育园林技术专业教学质量标准包构建的改革研究背景、研究过程及方法以及主要改革研究成果,解决了教的引导性和学的自主选择性、学历教育学习与企业员工技术培训两者结合等教学核心问题;与国外相比,增加了专业教学管理规范、顶岗实习/毕业实习指导规范、专业学习指南、课程学习指南、专业技术术语、专业设计法律法规及技术规范和专业人才培养质量社会评价标准等7项标准;创造性地将生源质量、教育教学管理质量和毕业生质量作为高等职业教育园林技术专业人才培养质量标准,与单一毕业生质量标准评价截然不同;首创以受教育者家庭和园林企业学生从业身份两个维度来建立人才培养质量的社会参与评价标准,与单一用人单位满意率评价相比,更科学全面;成果推广应用后,显著提高了本校专业建设水平、团队实力、服务社会能力,对兄弟院校的专业建设、教学管理、课程建设、教学团队、社会服务能力、学生学习实效性等方面发挥了重要指导作用,取得了良好效果;对园林企业、科研院所的生产、员工培训与队伍建设等方面作用大、价值高,有效援助西部同类院校专业、课程、基地建设,助力乡村振兴、建设美丽乡村、生态宜居、脱贫成效显著;成果社会影响力强,反响大.The research background,research process and method and the main reform achievements of higher vocational teaching quality standard package for gardening technology specialty,solved the core problems of the combination of teaching guidance and autonomy learning selectivity,learning of academic education and technical training of enterprise employees.Compared with foreign countries,the professional teaching management standard,graduation practice guidance standard,professional and course learning guide,professional technical terms,design laws and regulations and technical specifications,and social evaluation standards of professional personnel training quality had been increased.Source quality education teaching management quality and graduate quality were creatively regarded as the talent cultivation quality standard of garden technological specialty,which were very different from the single quality standard evaluation of graduates. It was the first time to set up the social participation evaluation standard of talent training quality by students' status of garden enterprise and their families,which was more scientific and comprehensive compared with a single unit of employer satisfaction rate evaluation. After application,the results greatly improved our professional construction level,team strength and social service ability. It played an important guiding role in the teaching management of professional construction teaching and the practical learning of the students for brother institutions,which had achieved good results. It was of great value to the production,staff training and team construction of the garden enterprise and research institutes.It effectively aided the construction of specialty,curriculum and base of the counterpart colleges and universities in the west. It achieved remarkable results to help rural revitalization,the construction of the beautiful countryside and pleasant living environment and poverty alleviation. The results have a high social impact and a great response.
