摘　　要：翻转课堂教学模式正成为各级各类学校教学改革的新宠,微课热更是方兴未艾。微课助力下的翻转课堂教学模式应用于大学英语拓展课程教学是一项必要的尝试,独立学院学生英语自主学习能力调查结果为这一实践提供了可行性依据。"任务单+微课"的组合便于学生课前自主学习,课堂讨论及评价则帮助学生培养英语思维、实现英语语言的有效输出。教学反思是课程设计的终点,也是起点,为进一步的教学实践提供参考。Flipped-Classroom Mode is being welcomed by a wide variety of schools and colleges,so are micro-lectures. It is suggested that with the help of micro-lectures,Flipped-Classroom Mode be applied into College English extended course,on the basis of a survey on college students＇ autonomous learning ability.An example of the instructional design is clearly presented,with a combination of micro-lectures and learning tasks helping students＇ autonomous learning and classroom discussion contributing to their language output. In addition,the teaching practice is reflected on and some suggestions are made.
