摘　　要：细胞培养技术应用于医学、药学及生命科学等各个领域,是硕士研究生开展医学研究的一项基本技能。根据近几年的细胞培养教学情况,全文将从教学内容、教学方法及模式、教学评价体系等方面入手,以提高学生实践操作与科研创新能力为基本落脚点,展开对硕士研究生细胞培养教学的一些探索与思考,为建设高端中医类科研型人才贡献力量。Cell culture is a basic skill of medical research for graduate students, which is applied in medicine, pharmacy, life science and other fields. According to the teaching situation of cell culture in recent years, the full text will start with teaching contents,teaching methods and models, teaching evaluation system and so on, in order to improve students ＇ ability of practical operation and scientific research innovation as the basic foothold. Some explorations and reflections on the teaching of cell culture for graduate students were carried out for the construction of high-end Chinese medicine type of scientific research talent contribution.
