摘  要:目前高职院校生源多元化,学生素质参差不齐,传统的"重理论、轻实践"的教学方法很难适应当前高职教学的现状。本文探索了《LED封装技术》课程的教学新模式:校企合作,"三三"工学结合。通过该方法的开展能够有效提高学生的学习兴趣,保证了教学质量,提升了专业服务产业的能力,实现了学校企业的顺利合作、互利共赢的局面。At present,there are different sources and uneven quality of students in vocational colleges,so the traditional teaching method which is "heavy theory,light practice" is difficult to adapt to the current status of higher vocational education.The new teaching models of LED packaging technology are explored :cooperation between school and enterprises,"three to three" work-study combination.The development of this method can effectively improve students' interest in learning to ensure the quality of teaching; to enhance the industry capacity of professional services; to achieve the favoring cooperation of school and enterprises,mutual benefit situation.
