摘 要:随着医药卫生体制改革的深化,医师多点执业政策的推行,医务人员流动性逐渐增强,对医院的发展带来巨大挑战,离职管理在医院人力资源管理中的应用越来越受到重视。文章在分析离职管理内涵的基础上,梳理现代医院离职管理的现状及存在的问题、研究医院离职管理应有的体系,并结合工作实际得出结论,期望更好地促进现代医院管理工作的发展。With the deepening of the reform on medical and health system,and the policy promotion of doctor ' s multi-site practice,medical workers are more mobile,which brings a great challenge to hospital development. Greater and greater importance is attached to the turnover management in hospital human resource management. The current situation and the existing problems in modern hospital management have been combed and the system for hospital turnover management been studied,basing on the connotation analysis of turnover management. The conclusion is obtained from practical work with the hope of better development in modern hospital management.
